fruitful day of emotions and CNY stuff!!

Today I managed to eat my favorite fish porridge near my old house - that was the first thing on my itinerary. On the way there, my mum and I got caught on a crowded bus. At the bus top in front of the mosque near my old place, two ladies decide to "sandwich" me while getting off the bus. I was not holding on to any handrail, and I was afraid I would fall when I let these people get down. First this lady on my left was moving to the rear door, and suddenly a lady from the right pushed me to get off the bus, and I let out a "Ow!!" and a soft "bloody hell". Now this lady on the left thought I was scolding her. When she got off the bus and walked to the mosque with her son, she kept looking back into the bus and at me, and kept repeating the "Ow!!" I had said earlier. That killed my mood when I ate breakfast - I didn't eat that well. I then told my mum during breakfast that I don't like that friend of hers (refer to "I don't care" post). If there were any sushi eating times again, I would not be going with her friend anymore. It felt so good letting it out, and almost cried because I am kinda angry. I guess I was kinda straight forward with the harsh comments, thoughts and opinions now, I should just shut up, and refrain from talking too much.

ANYWAY!!
I have more new year tops now!! Got a new hair cut and color, and got two new pairs of shoes!!!

I sold my MP3 player I got 3 years for a devastating SGD$22 when I bought it at about SGD$299. I guess its the market that's why I can only sell it at such a low price, and I definitely agreed with the man who attended to me about electronics advancing very fast. I just wanted to get rid of it so - and I did!!

Now I am kinda tired so I will get in to bed early - tomorrow is the last day of school and signing-in of attendance, but I would have to start on the report for the project soon.
I wonder what kind of looks I would get from people at school with my new hairdo tomorrow...hahaha

LIKE I CARE WHAT THEY THINK!!! I LIKE IT THAT'S WHAT MATTERS!!!

Lecturer Spilled Chinese Tea on My Jeans!!

It happened like this: my project supervisor/lecturer was going through an animation done by my teammate, when suddenly I saw water coming towards my direction. I guess my reaction was kinda slow when I picked up my laptop, and felt that my thigh area was kinda wet. His thermal cup didn't have a proper lid, so when he moved his hand the tea accidentally spilled over. I wasn't too mindful that it happened, but I liked the part when I joked about my jeans looking wet, and whether it looked like I peed in them. My lecturer and my three of my female teammates laughed, and I laughed too. I liked the fact that we could joke around in such an informal environment, but with still the out most respect for the lecturer.

I think if I were to graduate, I would certainly miss some of these lecturers in my course of my study. I already miss my Australian lecturer (who left last semester - or was it this semester?). I'm sure to miss my Irish programming lecturer ("oran berry" - refer to pokemon series after the Johto League theme). He has been bullying me for the past semester, but he is very fun to joke around with. My current supervisor will be missed too, as well as my mentor who is kinda smiley every time I see him.

Lucky I didn't go to any other poly, or MI, if not my life after secondary school won't be so fruitful and fun. Kudos to the above mentioned lecturers!!

fireworks!!

I went with a couple of my friends on New Year's Eve to countdown to the New Year. My friends and I literally camped near a spot where we could see the fireworks clearly. To keep ourselves entertained till midnight, I brought my deck of cards with some anime and manga pictures on it. (YES - I AM AN ANIME OTAKU!!!!) I laughed a lot, and didn't really know why. When my watch read 12 midnight, I sound hear sounds coming up from the area in front of me. Suddenly, the sky was filled with colors, and the sounds of the fireworks were really loud. I felt my eyes glistening from the light given off by the fireworks, and the fireworks were fun to watch, it was a spectacle. I was eating ice-cream and watching the fireworks at the same time, and I hope I didn't spill any on my shirt. There were a lot of people at the venue where we saw the fireworks. I was not that overly excited about the fireworks at first, but it is indeed a very special moment for me now that I have seen it, as I have not seen fireworks that close at all. Great way to start a new year, and I am hopeful that I would be happy and contented this year.

Happy New Year's again to all!!!
